Welcome to The Parents' Association page
What is the Parents' Association?
The Parents' Association at King David High School organise events to raise extra funds for the school. All parents/carers of students at the school automatically become members of the Parents' Association and are welcome to come along to our meetings. Our aim is to try and raise as much money as possible by running a series of events throughout each academic year. Our successful fundraisers include King David's Got Talent, Winter Raffle, Bingo Night, Ladies Fashion Show plus much more! All money made from these events goes back to the school to improve the education for our learners. How the money is spent is decided by the Student Council who work with us regarding fundraising and how the money is spent. Examples of how we have spent the money:
- Picnic Benches for around the High School
- Chill Club Board Games
- Art Work
- Photography Equipment
- School SMS Text System
- Contributing towards Student Reward Trips.... and much more!
How can I get involved? There isn't any obligation to join the PA or how much time you can commit but your time and comitment is much appreciated. As a PA group, we are currently expanding and changing how we run so we cannot specifically say at this moment when our next meeting is. However, if you would like to be involved, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
