Music Instrument Lessons

Dear Parents,

If you are interested in your child having instrument lessons at the school, please would you complete a Music Instrument Lesson – Request Form (see below).

This can then be emailed to Mr Holroyd office@kingdavidliverpool.co.uk Head of Music, who will pass on your details to the relevant music teacher.

The music teacher will then contact you regarding the setting up of lessons and will inform you when lessons can start.
