APPEALS TO AN INDEPENDeNT PANEL

If your application for admission to King David High School has been unsuccessful then you have the right to an appeal. However, appeals should only be submitted if you believe that the Admissions Code was not applied correctly in your child's case or if there are exceptional circumstances that you wish to be considered. If you wish to proceed, please complete the Notice of Appeal Form below and submit it to the school for review by an independent panel. The panel will consider each appeal on its individual merit, weighing the impact on your child not receiving a place with the impact on the school community should more students be added to roll before making a final decision.

Decision letters will be sent out by the Clerk as soon as possible after the hearing, and within 5 school days of the decision being made.
