OPEN EVENING
THE OPEN EVENING FOR ADMISSION TO YEAR 7 IN SEPTEMBER 2027 WILL TAKE PLACE ON THURSDAY 2 JULY 2026 - 17:00 UNTIL 19:00
- No booking required.
- Headteacher talks will be carried out throughout the evening.
- Tours of the school will be available.
- No further Open Days are planned for this year.
APPLYING
PLEASE REFER TO ADMISSIONS CRITERIA BELOW BEFORE STARTING YOUR APPLICATION
- Admission Policy - Year 7 You will need to apply directly with your local authority AND complete our Supplementary Information Form (SIF) in order for your application to be categorised correctly.
- Liverpool City Council - School Applications (It is important to make sure your account contact details are correct on the Liverpool Citizen Portal as these contact details are shared with school you put down as a preference). Liverpool City Council will be accepting applications from 1st September 2026 until 31st October 2026.
- Online Supplementary Info Form (SIF) - This form will be available to complete after the Open Evening.

JEWISH FAITH CATEGORY (A1 & A3)
If you are applying under the Jewish Faith Categories (A1 or A3) please follow the link below to complete the Certificate of Religious Practice:






OTHER FAITHS CATEGORY (A8)
Applying Under Category A8 – Other Faiths
If, when completing the Supplementary Information Form above, you select Category A8 – Other Faiths, please follow the link below to complete the Certificate of Religious Practice:
Important:
- The Certificate of Religious Practice must be completed in full and include the place of worship stamp.
- If the place of worship does not have a stamp, we will accept a letter on official letterhead from the place of worship. The letter must be signed by the same person who signed the Certificate of Religious Practice.
- Only original copies of the Certificate and accompanying letter will be accepted. These can be dropped off with our security team or posted to the school.
- Baptism certificates are not accepted or required.
- All applications under this category must also include proof of address. This can be:
- A utility bill or bank statement (dated within the last 3 months), or
- A current council tax bill.
Electronic copies of the proof of address are acceptable and can be emailed to us.
WAITING LIST
Waiting List – National Offer Day
If your child is not offered a place on National Offer Day and you listed our school as a higher preference than the school allocated, they will automatically be included on our waiting list.
Liverpool City Council maintains this waiting list until 31 December in the year your child starts Year 7, and your child will keep their ranked position on the list until then.
Waiting List from January Onwards
From January onwards, the waiting list is maintained by the school.
If you wish your child to be added to this waiting list and your child currently attends a Liverpool school, you should request an In Year Transfer through their current school. If your child does not attend a Liverpool school, you will need to contact Liverpool City Council directly to request to be added.
Please note that this will be treated as an In Year Transfer application. You will be required to complete a Supplementary Information Form (SIF) and provide any requested supporting documents in order for your application to be considered under the relevant priority criteria, in line with our Admissions Policy (Years 7–11). Please note that this waiting list is renewed at the end of each academic year.
