On Thursday 15th March the peer mentors delivered a presentation to the primary school head teachers conference. They spoke about mental health and asked the head teachers how they could support their pupils both in recognising mental health concerns and also how they could support them. The pupils then shared their involvement in running the weekly chill club here at KDHS. This is a club held on Thursday lunchtimes where pupils can come along to play games, talk and relax. The peer mentors were confident, articulate and a credit to the school. If your child is interested in attending Chill club they can come along to the community room any Thursday lunchtime.
