A Level Results Summer 2017
Analysis of the A Level results at King David indicate that 53% of grades awarded are at A*-B level. We are really pleased, that once again, most students got into their first-choice university. There are also many impressive individual achievements. Peter Higgins gained A*A*A and will take his place at the University of Sheffield to study Mechatronic and Robotic Engineering. Hannah Jones and Emmanuel Akhidenor both achieved AAA and will study Medicine at the University of Leeds and Chemical Engineering at the University of Nottingham respectively. Our Y13 Leavers have been a great year group who have received just rewards for their mature approach, hard work and efforts which has been well supported by parents and the dedicated staff at school. During their time at King David the students have not only developed academically, but also personally, as individuals. Our students have contributed a great deal to the life of the school and local community, demonstrating great initiative, teamwork and leadership skills. We would like to take this opportunity to wish them all every success for the future. We really will miss them all greatly.
